1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using any Sparseal software product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.

2. License grant

Upon purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the terms of the package you purchased. The specific seat count, machine limits, and support period are described at the time of purchase.

3. Restrictions

  • You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software or license keys.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • You may not use the software in a way that violates applicable law.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support@sparseal.com within 14 days of purchase.

5. Updates and support

Software updates and support are provided for the period specified in your purchased package. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparseal's liability is limited to the amount paid for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, failing that, by competent courts.
